Irritating development

I've been submitting spam for years through MSOE by simply forwarding it as
an attachment. Unless spamcop was having issues it was never a problem. For
the past couple of days I intermittently get no response from spamcop when I
submit the spam.

It still parses spam from the 2 webmail accounts I also use to submit spam
and they're all sent to the same spamcop address but stuff sent from MSOE
just seems to go into a black hole. No response, nothing. Then suddenly it
will start working again.

Anyone else having this problem?
