IMHO, the sneakemail addressee thought that the company would be
grateful for learning that one of their addresses had been found by
a spammer.  And it was a learning experience for him, in that he
found out that this particular company didn't follow the rule that
the customer is always right.  IMHO, instead of shrugging his
shoulders and deleting the email (and the service - IIRC, he would
have had to change his email address in order to keep the service
if he deleted their contact), he was trying to make it clear to
them that it was their fault and that they had a problem.
