Nope .... the SpamCop newsgroups include;
spamcop (where the other thread is found)
spamcop.geeks
spamcop.help (where this thread is at)
spamcop.mail
etc. ....

The Forum is a whole different beast.  On the other hand,
if you go to the Forum, follow the link to SpamCop Newsgroups,
you should see the entire list of newsgroups available ...
provided in response to the complaints of "hidden" newsgroups
when approached from the www.spamcop.net side of
the house.
