Email submit problem

I have been trying to teach my mail server to automatically forward know 
Spam to SC.  I get a SC has encountered errors email back every time. 
Is there some place I can get a knowledgeable person to review SC's 
regurgitation.  (I'm hesitant to post so much personal info on a forum)
