Ummm... it parsed just fine. It is just that when the parser gets
to the spamvending URL, the behavior becomes a bit
unpredictable, almost as if the robot has a mind of its own.

To complicate life, your URL has a double whammy on it.
It is not exactly a legitimate spamvending URL. It is in fact
a redirector to a spamvending URL by way of a script.
And it happens that even if the actual URL were there, no
reports would be sent because the ISPs hosting the
spammergang operations have a long history of "acting"
on notifies by dribbling them away into the bit bucket.

If I have the choice, I choose to personally alert Lycos
to what is going on. And I forget the SpamCop notify.
I leave it to Lycos to protect their good name, I don't
make it my business to give them a bad name. Is easy
to come by a bad reputation, is much more difficult to
protect a good one. I am wanting to cut Lycos every
possible advantage in addressing their spam problem.
I am not convinced that they are at all agreeable to the
recent glut of tripod.com spam.

Try being a little patient with them, give it some time...
