Spam that crashes Spamcop

I've come across a spam that crashes the Spamcop cut-and-paste reporting 
system. The spam is posted in spamcop.spam with Subject of "Waterloo".

The first time I submitted it for analysis, I got the following messages 
on a blank page:

<div class="error">putRow UPDATE command denied to user 
'reader'@'sc-app5.soma.ironport.com' for table 'prefs' (1142)/sc?</div>
<div class="error">putRow INSERT command denied to user 
'reader'@'sc-app5.soma.ironport.com' for table 'prefs' (1142)/sc?</div>

When I resubmitted it, I got the following at the top of the regular 
reporting page:

Failed to load spam header: 871276920 / 2c09a9d4399ceb5b2aa6f1c64cbc31a4
putRow DELETE command denied to user 
'reader'@'sc-app6.soma.ironport.com' for table 'unreported' 
(1142)/sc?id=z871276920z2c09a9d4399ceb5b2aa6f1c64cbc31a4z

Resubmitting again, I got the same result as immediately above.
