Hello Mike
Great news - my ISP is at last filtering out those .gif spam emails.
I got an email today from them - I had complained to them for their 
inaction - there were 25 sitting there ready for deletion - six were the 
medical type - quite a few for 5 days.
I will keep going to spamcop and read the faqs at my leisure though.
I recon that in about three months I might be able to read through some of 
the posts and actually understand what the hell you are all talking about.
I was wondering if it would be any help to the 'cause' if I went through the 
parsing of these - that is if I can do it from the ISP web site.
I do not wish to allow them to come onto my computer.
The ISP did not say if they were taking their own action to report - I doubt 
it.
Thanks for all your help - and good luck to all who have recently 
encountered these 'barstewards' sending this spam.
