The reason they warn you about it is because it heightens the ability to burn beyond what you may think you're used to, the fact that you have a tan already isn't going to help you much. And take it from me, by the time you feel a burn coming on, it's too late. I burned my neck last weekend, didn't realize it was exposed until I felt it, and by then it was lobster red. And that was with NO doxy. I guess I have to slather myself with sunblock now and find my big hat....
