Bent forks, mostly and of course the cosmetics.   As I recall, I was
able to force them straight enough by hand to be able to get the bike
off the beach without having to haul it, and it was only a few miles
home.  That was a long time ago.

It was a very big log to be lying on a beach.  You wouldn't have wnated
to encounter that thing in the water with a boat at speed.  I expect
that would have caused lots more damage than the bike and I had.
