It bounces to an administrator who reviews it.  It never makes it to the
list.  Because we are a subscription only listserv, even if a current
member sends from a non-subscribed email address, that email bounces to an
administrator.  If the administrator is able to confirm the person's
membership, it may be forwarded on, but mostly that does not happen.  The
person must resubmit their email using their subscribed address.
