Perhaps it has been used to abuse the spamcop newsgroups in the past by
the trollish spoofer I mentioned in my recent posts on this subject
alt.cotse.

If cotse is going to allow its proxy to be used to abuse the SC
newsserver, then it should be permanently blocked.
