Speaking of phone spam and do not call lists.  We get calls from businesses
such as waterproofing basements, and when I tell them I'm on the Do Not
Call List they explain that they are not selling anything but they are
offereing to provide me with a free inspection.  They are really trying to
split hairs here.  I still report them.
