Your e-mail address can be considered as "burned". It is too well known to 
spammers to get it clean again.

The best method to get rid of spam is
- Get an additional address, if possible one that cannot be guessed and will 
not be found with a dictionary attack.
- If the address does not get spammed, tell your friends (!) about this 
address and phase out the old one.
- Otherwise, try yet another one.

I have got rid of spam this way.
