The downside is that valid bounces are also dropped but this is a small price to pay for the reduced admin load. Now there should only be the really helpful 'you are a dirty spammer' mails coming to my 'abuse' mailbox to deal with. Obviously this is only treating the symptom not the disease but it's definitely boosted my kharma. Andy
