For that matter, anyone who can use procmail or other mailhost-side
mail processor, or even subject-based mail filtering on their
mail-reading agent, has similar ability.  If you don't care about
valid bounces (for suitable definition of "valid"), then just
filter all incoming DSN's to /dev/null or the Trash mailbox,
as appropriate.
