No one can tell exactly what that statement means or refers to because
it lacks any context.

It lacks context because there was no trimming or contextualization of
the message you replied to.

The message you replied to was mine which was a reply to yours.

The way you contextualize a reply is by trimming away everything which
you are not replying to and then to place your remark just under an
empty line just under the exact words to which you are replying.
