Mr Weiss may be right, because in such cases, the American courts seem to 
work properly.

Mostly, however, we are talking about spammers in countries with a 
not-so-good legal system, say, Russia, Nigeria, China or the like. Did 
anybody sue a scam artist / spammer in such a country and actually get him 
under lock and key?
