Identity = Name of spammer on his drivers license and other info with which to prosecute. If somebody is convicted of trying to pick your pocket, they are punished regardless of whether they were succeessful. Apparently with phishing, you have to steel 50 bucks or more. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. The site now no longer exists. Imagine that :)
