For sites whose domains are registered and hosted at Yahoo, I report directly and instantaneously to network-abuse at cc.yahoo-inc.com Don't give them too much info, or their filters will reject the message. I supply simply the domain name and complete phishing URL, letting the Subject convey why I'm sending the message. I hear back with a mostly standard message after they've closed down the site...usually somewhere between 12 and 96 hours. :-( A lot of the Yahoo-hosted phishing sites in phishing messages I get are physically hosted about 10 miles from my place. Thus the pull-the-giant-plug-out-of-the-wall fantasy when I continue to receive messages over a few days pointing to one of those sites still up and running.
