Hotmail spam

I've used Outlook Express to forward Hotmail spam to Spamcop for several
years.  I think with the new LIVE services I'm going to lose the use of OE
with Hotmail.  It was supposed to happen last year but I got a reprieve
since I was actively using the Hotmail/OE combination.  If I lose the use of
OE I'll have to forward spam from the Hotmail web page.  I have never been
able to get that to work; Spamcop returns an error message that headers were
missing or incomplete or something like that.  Is it possible to forward
spam from the Hotmail web page with different settings?  I haven't been able
to correct the forwarding so far.
