Actually, they _did_ send _a_ notice. Alas, I have misplaced the copy
that I had received. I think I had left it on the server, where HM staff
can modify/delete. It was the reason I started archiving HM notices
locally; so I would have a record of changes, even if HM
modified/deleted their notices.
