Which is one of the things that the FCC uses to treble damages and fines
for the junxers when they /do/ get nailed.

It is also often interpreted by the courts to which junxers are taken by
the junxees to allow trebling the allowable 'damages' which the
plaintiff is granted from $500 per junx to $1500.

Where junx = junk fax, just like spam = ub junk email.
