Exactly so.  This is why Spamcop is iorganized the way it is
- to deal with the fact that the bad guys keep moving and to
try very hard to not harm third parties.  Bluefrog didn't seem
to care about hurting third parties with their "service" and they
didn't seem to care about hurting third parties as they responded
to spammer's attacks in ways that hurt other systems.

I say good riddance to an unethical operation.
