spamprobe 1.4a released

I just released SpamProbe v1.4a to sourceforge.  This version fixes the 
bugs reported by Chris Ross (thanks!).  Specifically a typo in the 
online help for the score command and a potential crash bug in the MIME 
decoder when running on 64 bit NetBSD.  The latter was triggered by 
malformed base64 data.

There are also some minor code tweaks and cleanups but no new features. 
  Sorry but I haven't had a chance to make the configure change to allow 
people to turn off gif decoding yet.
