Hello, I had to reinstall my system. Now I run into a problem with compiling and installing spamprobe. Now, I have to confess that I am running an ancient version (0.9h), but it serves me well. I have reinstalled the BerkeleyDB4.2 package. Then I did a ./configure, as I had written down somewhere, for spamprobe with ./configure --with-db=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2/ --with-lib=BerkeleyDB.4.2/lib/ and the result is: ... checking for db_create in -ldb-3.1... no checking for db_create in -ldb4... no configure: error: No suitable BerkeleyDB library found. Use --with-db=PATH to specify the path to a version 3 or later install directory. You can download BerkeleyDB from http://www.sleepycat.com What should I do to get my spam probed again? I am sure that I am forgetting something. Thank you for your help!! (I am trying to build the package on Mandriva 2006.)
