Re: Berkeley or PBL?

I frequently hit this problem if I un-tar spamprobe or run configure from 
root in the first place.
Then months later if I want to rebuild it and I forget to be root it fails 
mysterously.
In hindsight this is obvious ... but at the time its a hair-puller.
