A new use for Spamprobe - Interestingness vs Ho-hum Boring

I have been using Spamprobe happily for a year or two now. Excellent
software! Thanks!

But a new use for it has just occurred to me.

Currently I have a

   fetchmail -> procmail -> spamprobe -> procmail -> pine

pipeline for both filtering spam AND sorting my mail into the various
email discussion groups.

So I actually have a lot of spamwise Good email going through, but most
of it isn't very interesting.

Some of the lists are actually pretty boring, except for an absolute
vital gem of information very occasionally.

So I scan the folders every now and then, sometimes I spot the gems,
sometimes I don't, often if I do spot a gem I'm a week or two late...

Now it occurs to me, if I could get a second spamprobe in that pipeline
using a completely different database I could create a new division, or
perhaps new ranking in my mail.

Interesting to Me vs Ho Hum Boring!

Question 1 :

   Has anyone tried this?


Question 2 :

   What fixed system resources does spamprobe use could screw up this
   Plan for Ham? How could I hack around that. The obvious one is
   the database. Any lock files, etc?
