That's a good question.  I personally feel that the cleaning parameters 
are best left to the individual user because each is different.  In your 
case it's obvious that just the basic cleanup (just sweeping out terms 
seen only once or twice) is plenty for your email flow.  Look at Jem, he 
did great with no cleanup for a long time.

I'd say in your situation you are probably doing fine.  Others might 
have much higher email volumes and thus need to cleanup more often and 
more aggressively.

Since you are using a 14 day age limit and your database is in a steady 
state with a very small size I don't know that cleaning weekly would be 
any better than daily.

The discussion here mostly has to do with the hash file format and 
finding a way to keep it in a nice steady state for maximum performance 
with minimal user intervention.
