Definitely agree with that. Our university struggled for years with 
unreliable spam filtering, but enabling grey listing suddenly cut the spam 
volume dramatically WITHOUT causing false positives. Remember a statistical 
filter can still make awful mistakes if trained improperly or not trained 
enough... but greylisting only impacts improper SMTP delivery that lacks 
queues.

The only downside with greylisting is delay in receiving new emails. Even 
if you add a 5 minute delay, the other mail server will probably still wait 
for half an hour or more.
