It's a "virtual" white list. :-)  Actually as David points out, he has a
good opportunity to forgo needing to use SP for the "virtual white list" at
all.  He can just block any inline spam email unless his X-Assp-Whitelisted
header is there.

But yeah, I've overloaded a term when I probably shouldn't have...
