There were some issues with 1.4c compilation and I wanted to go ahead and
add more image formats while I have some development time free. As a
result, I have just loaded spamprobe 1.4d onto sourceforge.

The biggest change in functionality is the addition of basic token
extraction for JPEG and PNG image formats using libjpeg and libpng (if they
are installed). I also modified configure so that it will recognize and use
libgif if libungif is not installed. In case anyone doesn't want to use
those for whatever reason (like if a security advisory is issued for one of
them) you can compile without them using --without-jpeg, --without-gif,
and/or --without-png. If any of those libraries are not present configure
should just build without them automatically.

I also modified the -H command line option to allow you to selectively
ignore headers that would otherwise be scanned. So, for example, if you are
using "-o whitelist" and want it to ignore the Subject header you can do
this:

  spamprobe -o whitelist -H-subject score

The upper cause header name issue with -H should be fixed now too.

I think this should fix the problem with a missing cassert in Buffer.h now.
I can't test it though since I don't have a machine with gcc 4.x to compile
on.

Let me know if there are any other issues or bugs.

All the best,
++Brian
