At the risk of re-inventing the wheel, I'd like to share with you all my 
latest creation which I've just posted today,

A simple, light-weight, multiple-input spam scoring tool

(See web site for full details and source). This is a compiled C program 
that runs out of procmail. It is very small, like a SpamAssassin lite.

It doesn't do much, but it can grab the scores from multiple filters 
including SpamProbe and use a custom threshold. Besides bringing together 
different statistical filters, you can also use the built in TestDNSBL 
feature to look up the sender's IP address against DNSBL servers.

Now this is a small program and it doesn't have a lot of built in checks, 
and I don't intend to add a whole lot of checks - for that you should go to 
SpamAssassin or the policyd as mentioned. But if you want to throw together 
SpamProbe, another filter and maybe some RBL checks... it will work great.
