I converted all my SpamProbe databases to PBL now. PBL seems to be
quicker than BDB, especially for mass processing (import, export, dump
and cleanup are faster). I need to see if the BDB problems I had once
in a while are gone now.

I would still like to see a rebuild-db command included into SpamProbe 
itself
with the following functionality:

- locking the lockfile
- opening present DB for reading
- opening new (temporary) DB for writing
- reading all data from present DB, writing to new DB
- closing DBs
- moving new DB over old DB, optionally retaining old DB as a backup
- unlocking the lockfile

This should be safe even on production systems.
