spamprobe-1.1x7 released

OK.  Thanks for all of the feedback on 1.1x6!  I've just uploaded a new 
release that has some fixes and changes requested by Jem and others.

* Modified configure so that if you don't provide PBL or BerkeleyDB on 
the command line but have mmap() on your system SP will use the hash 
database as its default database format instead of giving an error. 
This is nice since now SP can be installed without any external 
dependencies.

* Modified SP to auto-detect the database type at runtime if you don't 
provide an explicit type via the -d option.  This only works with hash 
and PBL databases since the others don't use a file name suffix.  This 
is nice as it means you only really need to use the -d option once (when 
creating a new database in your .spamprobe folder).  After that SP 
should be able to determine that you have a hash database without any -d 
option.

* Fixed some problems with the -V command line option getting confused 
when the database couldn't be opened.

* Fixed a weird race condition in the interrupt handler that could cause 
a problem with ^C used during long updates.  Hopefully this code will 
handle that more gracefully.

* Changed the default hash file size to 32 megs to give people more 
growing room.
