The test suite is simply a YAML (.yml) file and is linked from <http://www.openspf.org/Test_Suite> (click on "2008.08"). For those that want a changelog and a license, they are linked from there as well. Do you _need_ a tarball in order to add it to the openSUSE build service (BS?)?
