Ok, looks like pyspf has picked up 3 new warnings - permerror is now
the preferred result for invalid domain.  Ideally, the spec should
pick either nomatch or permerror so that results will be consistent.  However,
what we ended up with isn't so bad.  Most implementations will nomatch an
invalid domain, usually resulting in FAIL.  Some will permerror instead,
hopefully providing some diagnostics to the domain owner.  I am planning to add
a config option to pyspf for selecting the nomatch or permerror behaviour.
