Usually. The common theme is the use of quotes without whitespace in the
quotes. I run a script that sends me a digest of the PermError entries.
The script only shows the evaluated entry and not the actual TXT record,
so the quotes are stripped out. Checking the actual TXT record reveals
the quotes.
