The common theme is the use of quotes without whitespace in the quotes. I run a script that sends me a digest of the PermError entries. The script only shows the evaluated entry and not the actual TXT record, so the quotes are stripped out. Checking the actual TXT record reveals the quotes. Today's digest is: SPF PermError entries v=spf1 mxptr?all v=spf1 mxaa:smtp.clients.netdns.neta:webmail.shanghaitonglee.com.sga:webmail.vi rtualtechhelp.coma:wsmtp.netdns.net~all v=spf1 ipv4:20.139.234.63 include:spf.emailfiltering.com -all v=spf1 mx ip4:202.173.156.105 ip4:60.241.8.186 ipv4:66.45.16.0/25 ipv4:208.83.76.0/24 ~all v=spf1 amxip4:173.192.181.235ip4:173.192.181.236ip4:173.192.181.237ip4:173.192. 181.238ip4:50.22.188.2a:mail.global.frontbridge.cominclude:outlook.com?a ll v=spf1 ip4: 165.228.132.130 mx a:mail.bigpond.com ~all v=spf1 ip4:113.192.17.88 ip4:203.12.160.182 ip4:125.7.77.1 ip4:203.213.78.82 ip4:72.4.117.9 ip4:69.59.159.187 ip4:125.7.77.1 ip4:203.12.160.34 ipv4:202.47.4.0/24 a mx -all v=spf1 ip4:150.101.70.148 ip4: 165.228.132.130 mx a:mail.internode.on.net ~all v=spf1 amxinclude:cmail1.com?all v=spf1 include:spf.microsoftonline.com ipv4:165.228.20.102 ~all v=spf1 amx?all v=spf1 mx ip4:203.17.148.51 ip4:203.17.148.52 ip4:203.17.148.54 ip4:203.17.148.53 ip4:203.17.148.235 ip4:203.17.148.230 203.17.148.11 203.17.148.12 203.17.148.13 203.17.148.14 -all
