That one is sent from an IP that *is* in the list.  The 24.38.119.30 has 
mmxr2.unbeatablesale.com as its PTR.  Your mail system sends out from 
several IPs - very common with high volume email.  You will need to find 
out what those IPs are, authorize them, and set up a way to keep them in 
sync when your mail admin guys change things around.
