What's new?

* End users can now install and uninstall TMDA from within tmda-cgi!!!

  This has been a heavily requested feature, so I'm sure that a bunch
  of you will jump at the chance to have it.  Before you do, you
  should know that this one was a real b!tch to code.  It took a lot
  more code than I *EVER* would have expected, so the chance that I've
  introduced errors is signifigantly increased.  I encourage you to
  upgrade, but realize that when you do, you are helping me debug the
  code.  Do not expect this release to be perfect!

Here are the new additions to UPGRADE:

If you are upgrading from a release of tmda-cgi < 0.07:

* display directory has been updated again.  You'll need to copy in
  the new one or use a symbolic link.

* If you are upgrading from 0.03 or higher, you shouldn't need to
  recompile.
