What's new?

I added a *TON* of requested features and fixed some bugs.

* Instead of running ./compile, we now use configure/make like most
  *nix software. Configure makes some better guesses about
  directories than compile did, and the descriptions in interactive
  mode are far more detailed than before. Removed some questions
  that I was able to figure out programatically.

* Added an override program for setting user options (see docs).

* Added SpamCop reporting.

* Added a template editor.

* Added "select all" buttons.

* Added a tutorial. (Which is fairly complete.)

* Added a "mark all messages read" button.

* Added a form mode for users who shouldn't or can't edit their config
  file.

* Made the initial page shown configurable.

* If an e-mail has multiple equivilant parts, just show the preferred
  format.

* Allow the user to pick from fixed spacing fonts or proportional
  fonts when viewing e-mails.

* Added date format selection.

* Added HTML stripping to keep Javascript in spam from opening up
  pop-ups when you view the message.

* Added a bunch of other preferences to the theme and local config
  pages.

Whew! I'm pooped. No more bitchin' about how it doesn't do this or
that, okay?  ;-)

Here are the new additions to UPGRADE:

If you are upgrading from a release of tmda-cgi < 0.08:

* display directory has been updated again. You'll need to copy in
  the new one or use a symbolic link.

* Compiling is done with configure / make / make install now. RTFM!

* If you are upgrading from 0.03 or higher, you shouldn't need to
  recompile, but recompiling is highly recommended.
