TMDA 1.0 "Cannonade" is released

TMDA 1.0 "Cannonade" is released.

After almost three years of hacking on TMDA, I'm proud to announce the
release of version 1.0-final.  I figured that after this length of
time, the version number should be bumped to a positive value to
better reflect its current stability.

I've updated the TMDA history page to better describe TMDA's journey
up to this point, and to hint at its future:

TMDA started as a personal project of mine, and evolved into a lively
collaborative effort in the true opensource style.  I'd like to thank
Tim Legant, my right hand man during this process, with nods to Gre7g
Luterman and Jim Ramsay, the developers of tmda-cgi.  Also, thanks to
everyone on the TMDA mailing lists and elsewhere who contributed code,
feedback, answers, bug reports, etc.  TMDA would be nothing without
all this synergy.
