This is mostly a compatibility release for use with TMDA-1.1.6

New features:
 - Spam score listing
 - Fixes what release 1.1.6 of TMDA broke

For TMDA-1.1.5 and lower, please use tmda-cgi-0.13
For TMDA-1.1.6 and higher, please use tmda-cgi-0.14
