TMDA 0.13 is released.

New in this release:

* The `X-TMDA:' header now allows you to override your default timeout
  interval for 'dated' messages.  (e.g, X-TMDA: dated 6w)

* New virtualdomain detection code in tmda-filter that should work
  under all cases (qmail virtualdomains, vpopmail, vmailmgr, etc.).
