TMDA mailing list reorganization

I've reorganized the mailing lists a bit.  `tmda-list' has been
superseded by two new lists, `tmda-users' and `tmda-workers'.
Information on the new lists is included below.

I have not moved the subscriber database.  If you are subscribed to
tmda-list, you will need to subscribe to one or both of the new lists
yourself based on your interests.  I will wait a short while and then
nuke tmda-list.  tmda-list will accept no more postings.  Please let
me know if you have any questions.

tmda-users <http://libertine.org/lists/listinfo/tmda-users>

  tmda-users is an open list for questions and general discussion
  about TMDA.  All tmda-announce messages are automatically sent to
  tmda-users as well, so you only need to be subscribed to one of
  these lists.

tmda-workers <http://libertine.org/lists/listinfo/tmda-workers>

  tmda-workers is an open list for discussion of development of
  TMDA. Bug reports and patches should also be sent here.  All
  tmda-announce messages are automatically sent to tmda-workers as
  well, so you only need to be subscribed to one of these lists.
