TMDA 0.52 is released

TMDA 0.52 is released.  This is a bugfix release, and is recommended
if you are running 0.50 or 0.51.  It also marks TMDA's one-year
anniversary.

What's new?

* The RPM build should now be more compatible with Linux distros other
  than RedHat, in particular Mandrake and SuSE.

* Fix a bug in tmda-pending that would result in delivered messages
  being skipped during batch/delete (-bd) runs.

Here are the new additions to UPGRADE:

* For its Python 2.x dependency, tmda.spec now has RPM look for the
  file "/usr/bin/python2" instead of the package "python2".
