Administrivia: TMDA.NET online

All the TMDA resources have been swung over to TMDA.NET.  Thanks to
Michael Schler for registering the domain, and for providing secondary
DNS.

The new URL is http://tmda.net/ -- old URLs will be redirected to the
new.

* Mailing lists: 

The change outlined in
http://mla.libertine.org/tmda-announce/200207/msg00001.html has been
completed.  The old libertine.org addresses will continue to work for
some time, but you are encouraged to update your address books.  The
Mailman interface for the lists is now located at
http://tmda.net/lists/listinfo/
