Prepare for upgrade to email package v4.0.1. The 'strict' flag to Parser has been deprecated. From
the docs:
Deprecated since release 2.4. Because the Parser class is a backward compatible API wrapper around the
new-in-Python 2.4 FeedParser, all parsing is effectively non-strict. You should simply stop passing a
strict flag to the Parser constructor.
Also, in in msg_as_string() let's try to live without Tim's custom HeaderParsedGenerator and see what
happens.
