Any > ideas? Yeah, if you can't lock it down to approved users only, then forget Wiki and go to a forum format where people have to become members. Heck, even Yahoo groups provides the ability to maintain a restricted membership list, archive a mailing list, and serve files. I know there are other options as well. What about phpBB forums?
