tmda + validrcptto patch update?

Hello guys,

I got a message from the person who wrote the validrcptto patch for qmail and
he
explained that his patch can not be modified as {quote}

I know I have asked this in the past and it was suggested that it could be
done
in the next release of tmda, so my question is, is this being looked at? I
would
not think it would be that hard to do and would love to do it however I don't
know how to code, but trying to learn.
