They should show you want is going on. The log files are enabled in the TMDA config file, something like this: LOGFILE_DEBUG="/path/debug.log" LOGFILE_INCOMING="/path/incoming.log" LOGFILE_OUTGOING="/path/outgoing.log" Once you have that in place, you should be able to see exactly why TMDA is repeatedly requesting confirmations.
